Exercise Question – Sweat Suits/Wraps?
Lets start off by saying… I’m not fat… lol. Okay, i started wearin a waist wrap to try and burn fat off my stomach (I already have abs though) Now i know however that to really rip my abs i need a very strict diet… Anyway… The wrap makes me sweat alot more and intensifies my workout… I think it would help me to continue wearing it… a coach says that all those do is make you dehydrate. Does anybody know if wearing the wrap while i work out will help me in anyway?

the abs r not going to get any bigger if u use that, BUT they LOOK bigger, cuz u r dehydratated,
